I graduated from Mountlake Terrace High school in 1993.  In high school I was very involved in student activities, sports and the community.  I began my undergraduate studies that Fall at Central Washington University, where I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Promotion and Marketing in 1998.  I got a job as a Marketing Coordinator at 8-4-8 Productions a company owned by former Seattle SuperSonics Sam Perkins.  We were responsible for community events in Seattle such as the King Holiday Hoopfest, A Smooth’s New Year’s eve and the Big Smooth’s Coolout day.  I went back to school in the summer of 2000 to pursue my teaching degree.  Since earning my teaching certificate I have subbed and taught a several high schools.  I currently teach Health and Fitness Education at Pacific Middle School and coach girl’s basketball at Ballard High School. My all-time favorite activity is to spend time with my wife Jessica. Other than that, I love to hike, play sports, travel and hangout with friends and family. This summer I went on an amazing European vacation and completed my first triathlon. I am currently working towards earning my Master's degree from Walden University.
